Action Plan and Emergency Response
Everything we've learned so far. Open the Outline Document to review or send for sign-off, or open the grid to refine the course.
Sold with 30 hours against a modelled 60 for a 30-minute course. That is 50% of the published rate, so the allocation is the constraint here, not the pace.
2,705 words of source have to go to reach 30 minutes. That is 30% of the material. The alternative is a course of about 43 minutes. Interaction spends the same minutes: 30 minutes affords about 6 knowledge checks or 2 custom interactions, not both.
Measured from four delivered courses: a finished minute holds about 87 words and consumes about 215 words of source, and roughly 40% of source survives. Counts current document versions only. A PowerPoint only reads correctly if its speaker notes were ingested, since a delivered deck lives mostly in the notes.

20.75 hours were recorded before phases were stamped on sessions, so they sit against no phase. They are counted in the course total and cannot be attributed without guessing.
