Some time is not on a project line. Those hours are recorded but cannot be submitted until their course is assigned to a project code. Set it on the course, and the history follows.
Recorded minutes count only when you typed, clicked, or worked in the Rise page. Hours round up to the next quarter, once per project per day, and any activity at all costs at least one quarter. Notes are written from what the sessions actually touched; edit one and it will not be overwritten.
